1. Define Services available for online booking
It's essential to specify which services you want new or existing clients to be able to book online. To do this, follow these steps:
Go to the Account -> Services section.
Choose the service you want to make available for online booking and click the edit icon.
In the Service Details section, click Edit.
Assign the staff members who can be booked for this service, then click Save.
Toggle the Telemedicine slider to on to enable video calls for this service
Click Save in the bottom right corner.
2. Set your availability
For many practitioners, defining your availability means confirming your standard practice hours. For others, it may involve setting a few specific time slots for clients to book appointments online. Here's how to do it:
1. Go to the Account section.
2. Select the Scheduling -> Availability tab.
3. Click on Edit in the upper-right corner.
4. Select your timezone
5. Then add your preferred times and locations.
5. Click Save in the bottom right corner.
3. Sharing your booking link
After completing your online booking setup, you can share your booking link with clients and add it to your website or online profiles. Here's how to do it:
For your personal booking link:
1. Go to the Calendar page.
2. Click on the Booking Link located in the left menu.
3. Click the URL to copy it.
For the booking link of specific services:
1. Go to the Account -> Services section.
2. Click on the Booking Link located in the left menu.
4. Configuring Payment Settings
Collecting payment at the time of booking helps streamline the billing process and minimize no-shows. To set this up:
1. Go to the Account section
2. Click on the Scheduling -> Payments tab.
3. Then enable the toggle that corresponds to "Require payment in advance for an appointment before scheduling". That's it !
