Steps to Upload a Client Document, Photo, or Video:
1. Navigate to the Patient list
2. Select the specific patient for whom you want to upload a document.
3. Click on More Actions in the upper right corner, then choose Actions -> Upload Files from the dropdown menu.
4. Drag and drop the file or use the upload option to select your file.
5. Click Upload to finalize the upload.
