As part of the intake process for new patients, you can send them documents to review when they sign up.

To include documents in the onboarding, you should follow these steps:

  1. In the template section, create a new template with the content that you would like to share and choose Document.

  2. In the form, enable the switch "include in intake or signup"

  3. Then click Save and it should automatically appear in the sign up process for new patients

From this same form you can also send documents to patients.
